JOB STATEMENT: The Financial Analyst II will support the organization from a financial perspective. This person will work to develop the necessary controls and performance measurements, and improve processes and workflow. In addition, the analyst will provide quality analysis, suggestions and recommendations that will assist each area within the organization to become more efficient and profitable.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Annual budgeting process. Assist team in setting goals. Develop budget calendar that ensures timely completion that meets guidelines. Provide analysis to senior management. Month-end Financial Analysis and forecast. Review financials with senior management. Ad-Hoc projects. Prepare profit & loss projections for new and existing markets. Provide project profitability analysis. Develop and monitor key economic trend and operational data.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting CPA / CMA preferred MBA is preferred but not required Minimum of 2 years progressive financial analysis / accounting experience Good written and verbal communication skills Advanced spreadsheet and database skills required, Excel / Access preferred
