Experienced Loan Processor

The Loan Processor is responsible for all pre-closing and closing services for assigned portfolio. The Loan Processor professionally represents the branch in meetings with clients, bank groups and other third parties and will be responsible for the administration of mortgage loans, including but not limited to draws of the MRP loans. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: 

 
Establish and maintain organized draw files on the mortgage loans assigned
Order inspections, title binders and appraisals
Prepare construction draw checks and wires and ensure rate lock extension and rate relock.
Provide world-class service to borrowers, and branches
Ensure rate-lock extensions occur in a timely manner
Notify management when issues occur that may result in delinquencies, foreclosures, or other risk-type events
 Audit construction loan files after the construction is complete
Cross train on other functions within the department,.
Assist the Loan Administration Manager as needed

 

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION:   High school diploma or equivalent.

 

EXPERIENCE:  One to two years customer service experience, preferable in a mortgage banking and/or construction environment; ability to meet deadlines; good organizational skills.
