Position: The Audit Supervisor is one of a team of three supervisors responsible for managing the audit team and achieving the optimal mix of cost/risk mitigation. Continuously seeks ways to gain competitive advantage by improving methods and processes. Position must establish appropriate priorities through conflicting demands for resources, while committing to and achieving results. Position contributes to the effective management of numerous common objectives including Wholesale Delinquency and Wholesale Loss Mitigation.
Key responsibilities are:
Mentor and train auditors, developing their skills and knowledge to “best in class”.
Establish and maintain positive relationships with dealers. Perform analyses to identify dealer needs and develop plans/programs to respond.
Effectively manage 7,000 CNH and vendor audits annually.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree required, accounting/finance or business preferred. MBA and/or CPA strongly desired.
Minimum 8+ years diverse experience required (credit, banking or commercial credit) with 3-5 years audit or audit management experience.
Supervisory experience with demonstrated positive coaching, mentoring, developing others required.
Excellent leadership skills and ability to lead geographically dispersed teams. Some travel required.
Experience in asset-based lending desirable.
