Sr. Financial Analyst - Consolidations & Reporting

Responsibilities:
Assisting in the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement close process which includes analyzing G/L accounts, analyzing and correcting G/L variances, assisting in financial statement preparation and supporting schedules
Performs consolidated variance analysis of internal reporting function including forecasting, budgeting and financial projections
Ensure financial information is presented clearly, consistently and on time
Investigates and understands key business issues behind the numbers, and provides clear, concise, and timely analyses and recommendations
Identifies risks and opportunities in financial projections
Perform G/L account maintenance and analysis for Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss statements
Assist in the preparation of slides for management presentations and reports and develop/compile comprehensive documentation.
Special projects requiring accounting research and analysis of issues
Qualifications:
BS in Accounting required
CPA eligibility required
3+ years of large corporate accounting or public accounting experience required
Proven US GAAP and financial reporting skills
Ability to analyze, interpret, and report financial information
Experience with or ability to learn Peoplesoft / Hyperion software applications quickly

Prior HC industry experience is a plus

Strong interpersonal, teamwork, organizational and time management skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills including ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and staff

Authorized to work in the US
