Responsibilities: Independent financial professional and business partner. Drive on-site Oracle implementation. Prepare financial statements to meet internal requirements. Coordinate the analysis and reconciliation processes to ensure their accuracy, completeness and consistency with established accounting practices. Manages inventory reporting and analysis. Drive development and preparation of annual P&L plan and ongoing forecasts. Examine and analyze monthly spending variances and provide explanations. Collect and analyze records of present and past operations, trends and costs, estimated and realized revenues, and obligations incurred to project future revenue and expenses. Track project hours and costs on engineering projects and evaluate ROI. Analyze, forecast and explain manufacturing costs and margins.

Qualifications: Requires a BS degree in Accounting plus 5-10 years experience in the accounting/finance field, preferably in a high tech environment involved in the development and manufacturing of electronic products. Candidate should have a strong Cost Accounting background, planning and budgeting experience, and strong written and verbal communications skills
