Operations Administrator
Our House, LLC, consisting of 27 houses, is looking for the unique candidate to fill our newly created Operations Administrator position in the corporate office in Sun Prairie, WI. The goal at Our House is to create a living environment that nourishes the intellectual, emotional, and physical needs of each resident.
Our House provides security and care to seniors in their home towns. Each residence is a freestanding building designed to support seniors who can no longer live alone but do not need the skilled nursing care of a nursing home. The position will report to the Chief Operating Officer. Travel time for the position will approximately 40%. The Operations Administrator position encompasses the following responsibilities:
*Supervises and assures quality work of the Directors of Operations.
*Works with Marketing Director and Chief Operating Officer in achieving marketing goals.
*Ensures that all organization activities and operations are carried out in compliance with local, state and federal regulations and laws governing business operations.
*Performs quality assurance checks at houses to ensure that Our House and State HFS 83 regulations are being followed.
*Directs the preparation of short-term and long-range plans and budgets based on broad corporate goals and growth objectives.
*Performs new employee orientation and training module to Executive Directors and Directors of Operations.
*Guides and directs staff in the development, production, promotion and financial aspects of the organization’s products and services.
*Responsible for ongoing training of Director of Operations.
*Audits business operations of field houses, accounts, staff and resident records, and certifications, trainings to ensure compliance of Our House and State mandated procedures and practices.
*Assists in the recruitment and interviewing of Residence Directors and Directors of Operations.
*Works with Directors of Operations to assure Residence Directors are fully trained and fulfilling all job duties.
*Visits competing houses.
*Performs quality assurances in houses.
*Assures Directors implement the organizations policies and programs to meet corporate objectives.
*Develops and enhances all training modules and other staff training.
*Frequently travels to house locations and visits with Residence Directors.
*Fills in for absence Directors of Operations and Chief Operating Officer.
*Maintains a sound plan of corporate organization, establishing policies to ensure adequate management development and to provide for capable management succession.
*Conducts and tabulates market survey information.
*Develops and installs procedures and controls to promote communication and adequate information flow within the organization.
*All other projects as assigned by the Chief Operating Officer.
Qualified candidates will possess a minimum 4-year degree, 7-10 years in healthcare management/marketing. Must possess a valid Wisconsin Drivers License and have proof of auto liability insurance. All resumes to be considered will include salary history and requirements.
