CAI is currently seeking a full time Executive Account Manager, in the Little Rock, Arkansas area to join our Managed Staffing Services Division. This person will support one of the largest employers in the area as they implement a managed services model for all its IT staff augmentation needs. Responsibilities include managing relationships with customers across the entire enterprise while managing a large and diverse network of vendors who are competing for IT contract positions.



Required Skills:

Candidate must possess a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in the following areas:

* Business Process methodology
* Conceptual knowledge of IT environment
* Interacting with executive level managers
* Interacting with clients and vendors across organizational levels
* Working in a High Volume / Fast Pace / High Energy environment



Desired Skills:

Experience in the following areas is a plus:

* Business analysis
* Recruiting or Staffing Industry

* Strategic Consulting
