The Manager, LA Sales Office, is responsible for managing the LA Office, directing sales for the LA Office, Laboratory Chemicals Division, expanding sales, maintaining current customer base, and meeting fiscal goals.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales and marketing of laboratory chemicals, which may include the following:
1. Forecasting and analysis of sales and preparing reports
2. Budget forecasting
3. Planning and coordination of various advertising media
4. Planning/preparation of promotional items and literature
5. Trade show planning and operations
6. Acts as account representative for major accounts
7. Negotiations and maintenance of sales agreements
8. Submitting quotations for bulk and special quantities
9. Collections of past due invoices

Regulatory and legal affairs associated with products in the laboratory chemicals line (CDC, USDA and TSCA). Communications and coordination with other sections in the Laboratory Chemicals Division; Export, Reagents and Haemachem.
