A leading commercial real estate firm has an immediate opening for an Administrative Manager. Qualified candidates will be responsible for the leadership, management and execution of all administrative and operational activities for the Commercial Real Estate Finance Group (“CREF”) based in the Downtown Los Angeles office. In addition to the traditional responsibilities customarily associated with a high-level executive assistant position, qualified candidates will be responsible for a wide range of operational and administrative activities for CREF including, but not limited to, the following:

 

·  Perform specific accounting and financial reporting functions and coordination with corporate staff on a routine basis

·  Management and tracking of all consulting engagement and transaction billing and collection

·  Coordination of new business proposal efforts for the group

·  Assistance with group marketing initiatives

·  Administration of government contracts

·  Expense report preparation and processing

·  Management of numerous information databases

·  Responsibility for planning and coordination of group events

·  Responsibility for production of reports and analysis for presentation to clients

·  Coordination of human resource issues for the group

 Overall, qualified candidates will be required to assume day-to-day responsibility for the management and operations of the group, thereby allowing CREF members to focus to a greater extent on client activities. Qualified candidates must be highly motivated, prepared to perform in a high pressure environment, and must possess excellent organizational, writing, communication, and critical thinking skills.  Computer literacy, with high proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is absolutely essential.
