Job Description

 

LFR is seeking a mid level scientist or engineer to be a part of our growing Regulatory Compliance and Permitting Practice. This position requires strong communication skills, a relevant degree and consulting experience in environmental compliance or facilities engineering.
Responsibilities will include air, waste and water permitting, consulting with clients to develop EH&S plans, hazardous materials storage and transportation consulting, HAZCOMM consulting and accident prevention and investigation consulting.

Work will include client and regulatory agency interface related to management and technical issues.


QualificationsExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Bachelors degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Regulatory Affairs or related. Graduate level education preferred but not required.5+ years compliance and/or permitting experience, preferably in a consulting capacity.
