Management Positions - Environmental Services

Hospital Housekeeping Systems, founded in 1975, is one of the nation’s leaders in providing Environmental Services/Housekeeping to healthcare institutions. Our active, private ownership has remained focused on the company's guiding principles as we have grown to meet the support service needs of many of the nation's 6,600 medical facilities.




We are currently looking for dedicated, motivated, professional and hardworking individuals for management positions.




Management duties include,but are not limited to:

· Manage day to day operations of housekeeping department

· Evaluate human resources needs

· Hire and train personnel

· Provide leadership and direction to housekeeping staff

· Responsible for daily quality control programs

· Maintain budget compliance

· Maintain good working relationship with facility personnel




Candidates with the following skills and abilities should apply:

· At least one year customer service experience

· A working knowledge of computer applications

· Developed written and verbal communications skills

· A stable work history

· College degree preferred, but not necessary

· Relocation flexibility a plus, but not required




After an intensive two-week paid orientation period, you will join our management team at your first job site where we will provide the necessary resources for your continued growth and future success. Most importantly, you will become in integral part of a company focused on providing the very best in housekeeping services.




Salary and benefits include:

$35,000 - $75,000 salary range, career advancement opportunities, medical, dental, vision, 401(k), disability and life insurance.
