Entry-Level Environmental Scientist

Apex Companies, LLC is excited to announce our immediate need for an Entry-Level Environmental Scientist to perform work out of our Roanoke, VA office!

This position requires a BS/BA degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Engineering (or a related field) and a reliable work history. We are seeking someone with 0 -2 years experience with environmental site assessments, indoor air quality/industrial hygiene assessments, soil and groundwater sampling methods, risk assessments and/or remediation projects. Familiarity with AutoCAD preferred, but not required. Salary is commensurate with applicable experience.

This position is responsible for performing environmental inspections and testing, writing and preparing reports, data entry, and assisting with the development of bids and proposals. Solid writing and communication skills are imperative for this role!
