Technical Parts Engineer

Adecco Technical is looking for a Technical Parts Engineer for a 1 year contract at GE Healthcare in Waukesha, WI.

Essential Functions / Responsibilities: working within cross-functional teams in:
o Resolving product quality and customer satisfaction issues
o Driving Field Modification development and kit deployment program execution
o Driving quality/compliance for complaints' CAPA actions and Field Modification dsg file content
o Work with global eng/field service teams to drive product safety / quality issue (PSR/PQR) investigation of root-cause and resolution

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:
o Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering Background or B.S. (minimum) in a technical discipline
o Some experience in use of product structuring and parts/product data management systems
o Some experience in use of electronic document management system (revision control)
o Some experience in design development, parts procurement and manufacturing phase-in
o Ability to work with dynamic teams and strong influence skills
o Demonstrated project execution and problem solving skills
o Highly organized and attentive to detail
Ideal (but not required):
o Some experience in use of iTrak (product safety and quality issues reporting tool)
o Some experience with GIB and FMI deployment processes
o Some understanding of regulatory aspects of medical equipment design
o Some understanding of Service delivery procedures (OLC / FEs)
o Understanding of CAPA (Corrective Action, Preventive Action) regulatory procedures
o Experience using PDM & GPCP & GPRS systems
o Experience in use of eLibrary (eMatrix Document Central)
o X-Ray knowledge
o ideally former GE employee / contractor - understanding on the work
