Quality Engineers (m/f)

 

Your Job:

Your aim will be to identify drawbacks and potential optimisation opportunities in manufacturing and production processes. The main focus will be on the management of consulting projects on site with the objectives of cost reduction, quality improvement, throughput increase and cycle time reduction. You will have to identify and manage complex projects in order to improve working practices and add value to the business. Your main task is to manage and organize all processes which are necessary to guarantee on time delivery, order accuracy and product quality. Additionally you will work with and at the same time develop current suppliers and identify and audit new ones. Supplier scheduling, demand planning and intensifying existing relationships with suppliers would be a part of the job as well as collecting and reporting all important data concerning these processes. Your commitment will make an important contribution to support and guarantee the production efficiency and logistics of the plant.

 

Your Profile:

-  BA in Mechanical Engineering or any other comparable education

-  Experience in the Automotive industry

-  Good knowledge in different quality management tools, e.g. FMEA, APQP, SPC and PPAP

-  flexible, self-motivated, focussed, persuasive, confident

- ready to travel nationwide

-  good communication skills, able to work in a team, very good organisational skills
