Responsibilities for this position include:  Project Engineer/Project Manager on municipal engineering projects, act as City Engineer for municipal clients, prepare scope and fee proposals and participate in other marketing activities as needed, prepare feasibility reports, plans, cost estimates and specifications; and act as design team leader and mentor to less experienced staff.  The successful candidate must have a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent, and be licensed in Wi.
