Manager, Manufacturing

Description:
Responsible for the overall business management of a world class, top quartile custom automation panel build team. The position will lead a passionate team of 50+ professionals that design, fabricate and test a wide variety of complex industrial control panels to achieve annual order intake, revenue, customer satisfaction and other financial business objectives. The function also manages a large project parts procurement function.

Qualifications:
o BS in Engineering discipline or equivalent knowledge.

o Typically 15 or more years experience in high diversity/low volume manufacturing.

o Prior experience managing 20+ hourly and 5+ engineering professionals.
