Industrial Engineer

Fitts Industries, located in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, is a manufacturer of quality hardwood and metal stair components and is seeking an Industrial / Mechanical Engineer. Eligible candidates will have a minimum BS Degree in Industrial / Mechanical Engineering with 5 or more years experience preferably in a wood products manufacturing environment. Experience should include engineering and mechanical support for such machinery as lathes, sanders, CNC routers, shapers, grinders and various high speed - high volume saws. The successful candidate will be a hands-on individual willing and able to work on the manufacturing floor with mechanics and operators as well as with management personnel.
