Project Controls Engineer - Cost Estimate/Schedules/Scope 70-90 K/yr

Pipeline operating company has immediate need for a Project Controls Engineer at its Northern Wisconsin headquarters. Ideal candidate will be a professional engineer with 5 + years experience in U.S. project management and project controls (may consider candidates with and equivalent combination of related university degree and experience). Experience in liquids pipeline industry is very desirable. A proven problem solving, analytical skills, decision making, organizational, planning and leadership skills are needed. Proficient with MS Projects, Primavera, Access, Timberline would be significant asset. Position will facilitate the research, collection, analysis and distribution of cost/schedule and other project management information; provide direction and recommendations to the engineering department related to project management process, policies, procedures and guidelines.
