Planning Engineer - Upstream Oil and Gas Industry

Principal Technical Services, a leading West Coast provider of technical and professional staffing, is seeking Planning Engineer candidates for IMMEDIATE OPENINGS in the Oil and Gas Industry in California.

 

 

 

Essential Job Duties:Coordinate the planning activities for companies in the Oil and Gas Industry in California. Assist in development, preparing and refining business plans, project AFEs, economic evaluations and reserve, production, capex & opex forecasts. Measure, track, evaluate and report performance with in-depth capital post audit analysis. Maintain and develop various key performance indicators. Organize and update life-of-field reserve, production and cost details. Support field development and operations by actively participating in investment, economic, reserve depletion and resource scenario development, modeling and optimization.

 

Required Qualifications:Bachelors Degree in Engineering or BusinessMinimum of 5 years Oil & Gas industry experienceStrong business background and understanding of key operational, economic and financial measuresStrong analytical skillsLeadership skills and ability to effectively interact with other levels in the organizationExcellent interpersonal and team work skillsAbility to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlinesStrong written and verbal communications skills

 

 

Must be US Citizen or Permanent Resident - No H1B visas
