CLP RESOURCES, a leading Skilled Trades Provider since 1987, is seeking a Trade Recruiter for our Tempe, AZ location.  With over 60 branch offices in the U.S. and growing rapidly, this is an exciting time to join the CLP team!

 

As a key team member, you will utilize your exceptional time management and organizational skills to recruit, hire and place our skilled trade workers with local general contractors and construction companies.  In this role, building and developing relationships with both customers and employees is essential as well as assisting branch management with territory sales and customer service.  Additional responsibilities include field employee payroll, personnel records management, phone screens and interviews, and general office management.  If you're looking for a challenge and the opportunity to grow your career - look no further than CLP!

 

Successful Associate Trade Recruiter characteristics:Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service, sales or recruiting role Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Spanish language skills requiredTwo or Four-year college degree preferred Construction experience and/or knowledge a plus Strong computer skills - Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet searches
