Todays Staffing is looking for a high-energy Staffing Specialist who is ready for a new career challenge.  To be successful in this role the ideal candidate will have outstanding communication skills, be highly motivated, and possess a strong work ethic. A blend of recruiting, account development and account management skills are required for this position. Duties include: providing customer service for existing clients to ensure their expectations are being met, sourcing candidates through existing database, internet, advertising, business contacts and direct recruiting, interviewing candidates to evaluate their skills, working within a team environment to accomplish goals.  In this position you will work in a team environment, while being held accountable for individual growth goals.

 

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE:

 

* 2+ years of proven experience

* Previous staffing experience a plus

* Associates Degree or higher

* Skilled in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
