Staffing Specialist

 

Venturi Staffing Partners, a division of CBS Personnel Holdings, is one of the nation's largest staffing companies.  We have an exciting position in our Hoover/Birmingham branch for an Staffing Specialist.  This position will provide outstanding service by developing and strengthening customer relationships, recruiting and staffing qualified temporary associates, and managing all daily account activity, including productivity and attendance monitoring, counseling of temporary associates, and coordination of all appropriate background checks and pre-employment requirements.

 

The ideal candidate will possess and demonstrate high level professionalism and customer service skills, excellent oral and written communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced office.Previous experience in the clerical staffing industry is a plus, however we will consider experience in customer service and human resources.  Personal integrity, dedication, and a spirit of fun are a must!
