We are looking for experienced business professionals with entrepreneurial spirit to join us as Staffing Managers in our Desert Ridge (Phoenix) and Scottsdale offices. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to make a career change. We find that people from a specific industry make great Staffing Mangers working with clients in that industry because you already know the clients business.

Our Staffing Managers work in small teams and are responsible for the account management activity in each of their clients. Teams consist of a recruiter and two or three Staffing Managers. Staffing Managers have both recruitment and sales responsibilities; the sales responsibilities include marketing to clients via phone, conducting in person meetings, and participating in networking events. Recruitment efforts entail interviewing candidates for both temporary and direct hire placements, making successful placements, and networking to ensure a consistent pool of available candidates for immediate client needs.

There are four major aspects to the Staffing Manager role: Developing and managing account relationships Performing applicant selection and placement Managing a diverse group of people Delivering unprecedented customer service

 

 

We are seeking candidates with 7+ years of experience working in a management (operational and direct hiring responsibility) or recruiting capacity for a bank, insurance, real estate, or professional services company. Candidates with similar Staffing industry experience will also be considered. A BS degree in Business or related field is required.Our environment requires “out of the box” thinking and creativity. We are goal-oriented and very team focused.
