The Orange County - based regional office of Kelly Financial Resources has a need for a dynamic, team oriented producer to contribute to the permanent/direct hire recruiting. Due to our fast growth, we are seeking to add a Recruiter to develop a pipeline of candidates for submittals against job requisitions of our customer base. This candidate must also be able to identify, pre-screen and pre-qualify candidates in a professional Financial environment. Positions and candidates will be based in all areas of the United States with a concentration in the Western states, so must have excellent phone interview skills. This person must be able to work as a member of the team and communicate directly with our clients to identify the specific needs of the hiring managers.
