The Position
Our Nurse Staffing Division is searching for an energetic Payroll Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate must be a team player and have a great attention to detail. To succeed in this position you must have excellent time management & organizational skills, exceptional teamwork skills, and the ability to make decisions. At least 2 years work experience in administrative duties and customer service is desired.

Requirements:

Payroll
• Compile and post employee time and payroll data.
• Compute and post wages and deductions.
• Review and process paychecks.
• Managing internal and external mailings

Administration
• Answering Multi-line telephones
• Process client orders
• Update and Review Invoice questions
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Other Duties as assigned by the Area Manager
