We are looking for an entry level recruiter with entrepreneurial ideas and desire to establish, run, and grow his/her staffing career in transportation to join our growing team in Hayward, California.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

• Consistently recruit (source and interview) qualified top performing candidates.

• Ensure all standards of assessments, certifications, background checks, references are met.

• Demonstrate a consultative approach to providing solutions to our clients.

• Provide effective communication with the regional team as well as corporate.

• Ensure all policies and procedures are followed.

 

Job Requirements

 

• 1-2 years of staffing, recruiting, or transportation experience

• Outgoing personality with great organizational skills and ability to multitask

• Ability to work in fast-paced environment
