On-Site Staffing Specialist

We currently have an opening for a talented individual to fill the role of On-Site Specialist in North Little Rock, Arkansas. As an On-Site Specialist, you will be responsible for recruiting, screening, and interviewing potential employees, processing payroll, conducting employee orientation, and working with our customer to ensure a consistently high level of service.
The ideal candidate will have strong people skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, data entry and typing skills, and be detail oriented. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and six months to one year of staffing industry experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Job Description
· Recruits, conducts screening interviews, administers tests, checks references, and evaluates potential applicants.
· Hires qualified temporary employees and establishes pay rates based on skills, abilities, and experience.
· Makes job offers to applicants explaining full job description, term of assignment, pay rate, and benefits.
· Conducts employee orientations.
· Monitors employee activity at customer location such as attendance and performance.
· Completes accurate payroll processing for temporary employees.
· Conducts drug and background screening services.
· Follows and communicates all safety rules and regulations.
· Participates in employee recognition and retention activities.
· Represents the company at various professional, academic, and/or civic activities as requested.
