We are seeking a bright, creative, energetic achiever to further expand our market presence as an Account Executive. You will be supported by a team of skilled recruiters that sources and delivers the most qualified consultants in the industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop target accounts through networking, onsite visits, and prospecting
- Cultivate and deepen relationships as client base is developed
- Promote Glotel's services and strengths to clients and candidates in a polished and professional manner
- Assist clients in identifying needs and market trends
- Provide leadership and mentoring to teammates and direct reports

Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of successful sales experience
- Previous experience selling IT staffing solutions or strong aptitude for technology
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business or Management
- Superior customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proven track record of success
