JOB:Can work remote for the right candidateMust have expereince recruiting or HR in the wireless industryBase pay based upon experience50-50 on placements

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· We are looking for seasoned recruiters managing a full desk that have an understanding and knowledge of not just the staffing and recruiting industry, but in actually have experience in the wireless telecom field

· Proven IT/Telecom sales and/or recruitment experience with IT/Telecom consulting, projects, staff augmentation or search.

· Provide full life-cycle recruitment expertise in the areas assigned

· Identify creative, innovative and multiple approaches to sourcing and

· Contact candidates, prescreen and network via telephone; interview and assess viable candidates

· Write, place and manage effective advertisements in print and online

· Partner with and provide on-going feedback to hiring managers throughout the search process

· Utilize measurement systems including cost per hire, days to fill, employee retention rates, and turnover

· Maximize the efficiency of the recruitment process through technology or other systems to attract the best candidates

· Other duties as assigned

 

REQUIREMENTS:

· Minimum of 4 years full life cycle recruiting

· Proven IT/Telecom sales and/or recruitment experience with IT/Telecom consulting, projects, staff augmentation or search.

· Must possess exceptional interpersonal skills (written and verbal) and attention to detail

· Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced, high pressure environment with outstanding results

· Strong attention to detail and have the ability to prioritize tasks

· Good computer/documentation skills are a must

· Collaborative style with strong team-orientation

· Must deliver results

· Strong business acumen and a passion for recruiting

· Must bring value add to the company
