Business Development Manager

Venturi Staffing Partners, a division of CBS Personnel Holdings and a dominant player in the staffing industry, seeks an aggressive, accountable and self-motivated sales professional for our Downtown Los Angeles office.  The Business Development Manager will be accountable for increasing sales and profits by generating new business and developing and maintaining excellent client relationships.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and three to five years of outside sales experience, including identifying and prospecting, cold calling and client presentations and closing the deal.  Experience in the staffing industry is preferred, however we will consider successful business to business sales from other industries.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills mandatory, as well as personal integrity, dedication, and a spirit of fun!
