The Branch Branch Manager is responsible for all aspects of the operations of a particular Branch Office. The BM is responsible in assuring that the goals and objective of the Branch are met, and the needs of the customers are met.

Duties and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for office operations and coordinating with all staff to ensure job duties and requirements are being accomplished efficiently and effectively Manages daily dispatch and payroll operations Ensures a safe work environment Customer Relations Networking Sales calls to new and existing customers Enforces company policies and procedures Training and development of staff Other similar or related duties which are consistent with the general level of the job and the responsibilities described

Qualifications Associates Arts degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience Minimum three (3) years staffing management experience, preferably in the construction industry Basic Computer Skills (i.e. Excel, MS Word, Internet) Telemarketing/Cold Calling Experience Outstanding Communication Skills Exceptional Customer Service Skills Excellent Time Management Skills Ability to drive frequently Reliable transportation Valid Drivers License and current auto insurance that meets state requirements
