The ideal candidate will possess the following traits:
3+ years staffing industry experience
Inside/outside sales or desk experience
Experience developing and implementing effective marketing plans
Sales, and sourcing strategies that increased top-line performance
Prior experience mentoring, training, and developing a sales or recruiting team
Teamwork and experience supporting branch staff in recruiting and placement of candidates into temporary or permanent positions
Clear understanding of key performance indicators

 

As an Ajilon OFFICE Branch Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Managing the temporary and perm businesses
Overseeing sales and operations
Hiring, training and developing staff
New business development and growth of client base
Strategic planning and P&L Management
