Sr. Program Manager - Electronics Manufacturing

My client, the flagship contracts electronic manufacturer and systems integrator in the Tennessee Valley area, has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Program Manager who is currently operating at the senior level, or for someone ready now to move into a senior position with a financially secure, high velocity organization.

 

Responsibilities: Will manage the interface between the company and the customer. Will certify requirements of the product are met as well as maintaining customer satisfaction. Provide customer with written corrective action to escalated issues. Implement and provide cost impact for all engineering changes. Will submit and manage all ECO claims to customer. Track program material and labor costs to identify problem areas. Provide delivery commitment and/or material cost impact to customer. Chair material review board (MRB) meetings for material found out of specification. Establish internal goals for annual inventory turns and reports actual turns monthly. Ensures that customer purchase orders meet contract terms and conditions. Establishes program sales forecast; manages program sales database. Sets measurable tasks/responsibilities for Program Administrators and resident Planners. Handles material sales to customer directed purchasers. Prepares and negotiates contractual agreements with customers.

 

Requirements: B.S. Degree in Business Administration and 5-10 years applicable experience in Program Management.
