Position: Quality Assurance Supervisor/Manager

 

For over 20 years, we have been a leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of high quality and cost effective programmable power supplies and electronic loads for the industrial and military ATE markets. Since 1991, we have been a primary source of ruggedized mobile computing solutions for the military and the public safety markets, and recently, we have developed a proprietary medical device for the health care industry.

Position Summary:
We are looking for an ambitious quality professional to complete the development and implementation of both ISO9001 and ISO13485 compliant Quality Management Systems.  As the head of QA responsibilities will include being the Management Representative, direct supervision of a QE, 2-inspectors, a Documentation Control Clerk, and the audit, corrective action, continuous improvement and material review functions.


Responsibilities:

·  Achieve and maintain ISO 9001:2000 and ISO13485 certification.

·  Ensure that product and quality systems conform to Company, customer and Government requirements.

·  Resolve customers’ quality issues, implement corrective actions and pursue continuous improvement.

 

Skills/Requirements:

·  Familiar with ISO 9001:2000 and medical device quality programs.

·  Strong Leadership, communication, problem solving and teamwork skills.

·  Minimum 2 years as a Quality Manager, or 4 years as a Quality Engineer with an ISO9001 registered electronics manufacturer.
