Our Field Reps install, maintain, and troubleshoot proprietary hardware and software devices used to collect television-viewing data. Managing a geographic assignment of numerous Nielsen households, our Field Reps provide stellar customer service to ensure a positive experience for our Nielsen Families. Work from home Non-traditional schedule including some evenings and weekends Company car Comprehensive benefits package effective the first day of employment Laptop computer and printer 10 weeks paid training program near Tampa, Florida - temporary lodging and transportation provided . Compensation package with a base salary of $28,300/year, plus incentives/bonuses bringing the annual salary potential into the low to mid $30s. QualificationsThe successful candidate will possess the following qualities: . Software systems aptitude and networking knowledge . Computer skills including Windows based PC proficiency Self-motivated Excellent organizational/time management skills Experience working with minimal supervision Superior customer service skills Bachelors degree in any discipline preferred. Technical diploma, Certificate of Completion, Associates degree or military experience is a plus. High School diploma required. .
