This position is responsible for supporting an online supplemental education product in a trial project. The VLM will interact with students and parents as needed to answer questions, assist with enrollment and use of the product and work with the Project Manager to determine strategies and results. The position requires primarily ' after-school' hours to support the students and parents as they utilize the program, responding to email questions and requests for assistance.

Responsibilities:
This position must be able to work from home office and in corporate facility as needed, with flexibility to schedule allowed. Some Saturdays may be required to respond to overload of student/parent requests.
The position will require approximately 10-12 hours a week, with daily review of student/ parent emails, and commitment to respond within 24 hours
Attend specific Product Training with a trainer and assist project manager in pulling reports.
Enroll students in online courseware and track progress.








Education:
' Bachelor's degree in Education with Teacher Certification required.
Skills &Experience:
' Minimum 1 year Classroom or Home School experience desired
' Experience with e-earning or online education presents an advantage.
' Ability to set priorities, meet l deadlines, juggle projects, and produce high-quality and accurate work
' Must be detailed oriented and demonstrate good organizational skills.
' Excellent Verbal and written communication skills required.
' Excellent computer skills including MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel. Other database and systems experience very helpful (MS Access).
