Description:

Under general supervision, assists students and parents regarding the financial aid process, and provides information on available programs, procedures, and eligibility requirements. Reviews financial aid applications and related documentation for compliance with eligibility requirements. Provides assistance to students and parents in the completion of financial aid applications. This position will also handle the bulk of the VC Tech business office functions involving daily deposits, posting payments, billing, collection correspondence, and other related business office duties.

Experience:

Prefer two years of prior experience in Financial Aid. Good customer service skills required.

Skills:

Proficient computer skills using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Education:

Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
