Field Position - Software Trainer

MiniSoft Worldwide (a relative organization to ICE, Inc.) provides specific software solutions to professional service organizations.

 

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
o Ability to travel up to 80% of the time
o Effective verbal and written communication skills
o Strong listening skills, able to determine specific customer needs.
o Effective classroom delivery and participant management skills.
o Able to provide accurate and valuable feedback, demonstrating effective coaching and interpersonal skills.
o Able to effectively handle details.
o Able to work as an effective team member with minimal supervision.
o Proficient with Microsoft Word (complex document formatting) and Excel.
o Effective classroom delivery and participant management skills.
o Ability to design multi-level courses that address the technical learning needs of beginner, intermediate, and advanced learners.

Minimum Qualifications for Consideration
o Ability to travel up to 85% of the time
o Successful background training in a classroom or corporate setting
o Basic computer skills in networking, software installation and database management.
o Strong project management background.
o Must be able to travel up to 80% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications for Consideration
o Bachelor’s degree in computers or business.
o 2 or more years of delivering sales, product, customer service training programs for pre- or post-sales of a software application
o Experience working in the legal industry.
