Are you ready for the challenge to create and drive the healthcare focused academic programs at Long Technical College campus? As the Director of Education you will create the fulfillment of educational goals through your skill to direct educational planning, lead your staff, and guide educational programs.

 

You will represent programs that foster student learning and the opportunity to launch, enhance, or change careers. Reporting directly to the campus Executive Director you will have an excellent team of experience players who work well together.  You will manage all instructors, registrar, and program directors.  The facilities are brand new and are simply outstanding. We provide our 300 students with well equipped laboratories, a library and Career Service Department. The staff and faculty are student focused and dedicated to providing quality education. We are centrally located in Phoenix with easy access to Black Canyon Highway (I -17).

 Program development Lead an academic team Maintain positive student retention Create a long range plan and develop metrics for evaluation of outcomes Participate in instructor training, observation, and evaluation Ensure compliance with state Department of Education, accreditation. regulations and policies

What skills and experience you will need:

 Persuasive communication skills, with an orientation toward results Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment An ongoing customer focus The highest levels of integrity at all times Bachelor’s degree in a field of education and teaching experience or in progress REQUIRED. Master’s a PLUSManagement or supervisory experience in an education department
