Director of Education

At Sylvan we believe that a hands-on education is irreplaceable, both for
the child's development & the teacher's fulfillment. As a Director of
Education you will oversee all aspects of our children's education, you
will train and manage our P/T staff, create & administer student progress
tests, incentive programs, & ensure instructional procedures are followed.
You are responsible for managing client relationships by meeting with
parents regularly. Schedules include weekdays, evenings & weekends.
Management & customer service experience preferred. To qualify you must
have a bachelor's degree, state teaching certification and 2+ years of
teaching/education experience. You must have excellent time management
