We are currently seeking an individual to participate in an automotive services environment to help organize and develop a more effective library system and train existing staff in the following role:

 

DOCUMENT CONTROL SPECIALIST/LIBRARIAN ASSISTANT

Avondale, AZ

 

Responsibilities:Responsible for parts requisition and inventory.Manage requisition materials and supplies.Order tools for tool rooms and tool boxes.Monitor tool inventory and tool repair.

 

Requirements:HS Diploma / GED.Previous Librarian experience is required.Prior parts experience and driver experience is necessary.Must be detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication skills.Moderate computer skills.Possess a valid Drivers License.
