Our recently developed new curriculum, “The Empowered Child,” was designed by early education specialists.  It was developed to nurture the whole child, providing science, math, reading and writing concepts through hands-on sensory-oriented activities.  Our lead Pre-School/Pre-K teachers have responsibility for planning the daily programs for the children using our curriculum as a resource.  Our curriculum is child directed and requires teachers to use their excellent facilitation skills.  The classroom environment is natural and homelike in order to promote the social, physical and intellectual growth of the children.  Teachers are responsible for maintaining portfolios, monthly and bi-yearly assessments and parent/teacher communication.

What You'll Do

As an Assistant Center Director, you will:

 Assist the Center Director with the operation of the Center, ensuring that the Center is operating in accordance with the Company and State standards. Be responsible for ensuring an educational, caring and safe environment for the children and parents. Promote the positive image of Childtime in the community. Help achieve profitability for the Company.

 

 

What You'll Need 

In order to be considered for this position, you must meet all State licensing requirements.  The ideal candidate will possess:

Previous Child Care experience as a teacher or Lead teacher
