Team Supervisor- Night Shift

Certegy Check Services is a division of Fidelity National Information Services.  We provide check risk management products and services to major retailers, home building supply companies, grocery stores and other merchants nationwide. 

 

We are currently seeking a night shift supervisor for our Check Authorizations Call Center.  This position would be responsible for supervising 20-30 call center associates.  The Night Shift Supervisor works 3am-midnight Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday (off Sunday & Wednesday).  Supervisors are responsible for ensuring quality and productivity standards are met, attendance tracking, call monitoring, annual performance reviews, and ensuring that service levels are met for the center. 

Qualified Candidates will possess:
BS in Business or related field or an additional 4 years of business leadership experience.
3-5 years call center experience with 1-2 years in a leadership capacity. 
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work well with minimal supervision. 
Must be dependable and able to lead by example.  
Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
