Japanese Bilingual Customer Service Specialist

Japanese Speaker: Customer Service Professional
Our client is a tier one automotive parts supplier which has a need for a Japanese speaking customer service professional with direct experience in customer service.

Job Description
This position will allow you to move your career forward with a successful fast paced progressive company which recognizes hard work and ability. We are looking for those of you with a polished customer service edge and a strong grasp of the Japanese language. Such qualified candidates local to this part of Alabama will be looked at first. We look forward to talking to you! Duties include:
Carry out customer service duties with a cheerful demeanor and an astute level of attention to detail
Be prepared to handle a wide variety of tasks to support the companys customer service department in a professional manner
Use your bilingual Japanese speaking ability to address customer concerns
Uphold a high level of integrity and smooth functionality of the customer service department

Requirements
We are very interested in talking to candidates with the following qualifications:
2+ years of customer service experience
Japanese language proficiency exam certified
Customer service duties extended to internet order taking and customer concern attention
A stable work history with at least 1 year tenure at each position will be considered favorably
