Customer Service- ACH Returns (2nd Shift)

Certegy Payment Recovery Services, Inc. is a division of Fidelity National Information Services, Inc.   We are currently seeking a mature and responsible individual to work in a newly created Customer Support Role.  This position will be 2nd shift, the hours will be Sunday - Thursday 2:30 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.  CST. 

 

The Customer Service- ACH Returns specialist will be responsible for:
Review and analyze rejected electronic funds transfers.
Conduct outgoing calls to consumers in an attempt to gather necessary information to correct the rejected ACH (aka- electronic fund transfer). 
Receive incoming calls from consumers regarding their ACH returned transactions.
Assist other departments in administrative return research. 
Monitor the facilitation of daily outgoing ACH files for Check and Card Services. 
Work with originative financial institutions to ensure daily ACH files are received and processed.
Document daily volume in departmental reports.
Other duties as assigned.

 

The qualified candidate will possess:
HS Diploma or equivalent.
1-3 Years of Call Center Background or similar customer service experience.
AS/400 experience a plus
Basic knowledge of ACH processing a plus, banking experience helpful.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work within deadlines.
Professional and enthusiastic communication skills.
Proficient with windows and Microsoft applications. 

 

This is an hourly position, compensation will be based on experience but the target range is $9.50-$10.00 per hour.  Local Candidates only please, this position does not have relocation assistance.
