Call Center Manager

One of the world’s leading software and IT services companies is looking for a Call Center Manager. Candidates will provide administrative management to area of responsibility to include setting visible goals/objectives, budget administration, resource planning, staff development training and counseling, performance appraisal administration, establishing and ensuring adhering to policies and procedures. MUST have previous call center management experience including knowledge of applicable call center technology tools and possess strong customer service and cross-functional leadership skills. Knowledge of Retirement & Investment or Security Industry required.  Bachelor’s degree also required. DIRECT HIRE position is located in Inverness and pays $90-120K  DOE.
