CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Interactive Health is the world’s leading manufacturer of robotic massage chairs.

 

We are looking for a unique Customer Support Representative with a desire to help people in a fast paced environment, and the troubleshooting capacity to handle a variety of electronic troubleshooting, mechanical failure or customer education calls.

 Ability to learn current and past product lines in a minimal amount of timeFollow troubleshooting guides and technical instructionsFind and provide a solution when one is not readily availableModerate electromechanical knowledge or ability to learn Help customers through product questions and failure analysisAbility to deal with consumers, dealers and store personnel in a professional and friendly mannerHeavy data entry consisting of: incident documentation, product information, sales orders, work orders, pick up requestsEnter all information into internal tracking systemProvide product warranty infoSchedule repairs/returnsProvide follow up and closure

 

Requires good interpersonal skills and comfort with heavy telephone work. Requires demonstrated PC skills (including MS Office experience) and accurate data entry skills. Must present consistent, pleasant and service-oriented image to customers.
