Program Planning Analyst- Excel/Budgets/WBS

Global Aerospace client is looking for 2 contract Program Planning and Control Analysts to develop program schedules, plans earned value milestones & creates baseline budgets. Ensures a program's cost & schedule are integrated. Tracks, analyzes, forecasts a program's cost & schedule. Assists & develops action plans for program performance improvement. Monitors & tracks actions items & program issues. Advises leadership of issues with recommendation of action. Prepares program review material, special purpose reports. Reconciles actuals, control & track changes, build work breakdown structures & oganization breakdown structure charts. Mentors, coaches & trains others in area of expertise. Performs full range of project/program duties including assignments requiring special qualifications in the application of EVMS.

Identifies opportunities for process improvement. Manage all cost & schedule restructuring & what-if analyses required by schedule delays, budget reprogramming, or program rescopes.
Near-term: Develop, administer, & manage charge number system for Integrated Supply Change Advanced Manufacturing Engineering function. Initiate & perform program planning & control tasks for a number of ISC AME projects per job description above. Assist with initial deployment of PP&C team within the AME organizaiton.
Must know Microsoft Excel.

PMP certification and Bachelor's degree in related field is required.
