Program Manager

Our client, Earth Care Connection, USA (ECC) is a national organization that is committed to community conservation.  They are currently seeking a Program Manager to coordinate a project that will connect mentors with potential community leaders who share a common goal.  Their mission is to expand, connect, and develop today's circle of conservation leaders in the private, tribal, and public sectors.  They believe that every community should have the support and resources they need to successfully promote their conservation efforts.

 

As the Program Manager you will be responsible for the recruitment, training, and orientation of twelve mentor partnerships.  These partnerships will go through a year-long, formal mentoring program that you will coordinate.  You will conduct quarterly and an end-of-year evaluation of the program.  This analysis will aid in the development of similar, future mentor programs that will further the cause of community conservation on a national scale.  Earth Care Connection, USA is unique in that it is a virtual organization.  All work can be performed online from your home office during flexible hours.  This is a part-time, contract-based opportunity with the potential to earn up to $60,000 over an eighteen month period.  As the Program Manager you will be working with volunteers and paid staff in ECC and with managers throughout the hosting organization.

 

A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required, however a Masters and beyond is preferred.  Candidates must have six or more years of experience in Mentoring, Leadership Development, Coaching,  Program Management, Interpersonal Relationships, Team Development and Management or related topics.
