Qualifications
Expert computer skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
Prior high-level administrative experience (consulting or legal environment a plus)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to interact with clients and associates in a pleasant, professional manner by phone and within the office
Ability to take a proactive approach to consistently delivering high-quality, accurate work
Excellent organizational skills, good judgment, and a strong sense of urgency while carrying projects thorough to completion
Ability to work positively under pressure and with tight time constraints, as well as the ability, to deal with an ambiguous work environment
Ability to prioritize while working on multiple projects and simultaneously gathering further clarification as necessary
Willingness to work overtime as necessary to get the job done

Position Overview
This position will provide a wide variety of confidential, secretarial and administrative support to the assigned Practice and client teams. Due to the nature of the work involved, overtime and flexible hours may be required on short notice to meet client demands.
Responsibilities
Preparing, formatting, editing, and proofreading letters, proposals, presentations and spreadsheets using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
Maintaining consultants' calendars including scheduling and setting-up of client and internal meetings
Updating client data bases
Making travel arrangements
Preparing expense reports and timesheets
Generating client billing reports
Providing general administrative support, including answering phones, filing, faxing and document production (copying, binding and laminating)
Contributing to effective teamwork within the team and with other practices
Completing special projects as needed
